Western Blot (WB)

(Western Blot: The cell lysates (40 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human GIPC antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. The cross-reacting of anti-human GIPC (AT1G10) were analyzed by using recombinant protein(20ng) of GIPC1 and GIPC2.)

Product Notes

The GIPC1 gipc1 (Catalog #AAA249164) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Mouse Monoclonal [clone AT1G10] (IgG1,k) to Human GIPC1 / GIPC reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's GIPC1 / GIPC can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC - Paraffin), Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA). ELISA, IHC-P (10 ug/ml), WB (1:1000). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the GIPC1 gipc1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "GIPC1 / GIPC, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
