WB: 1:1000-10,000
Biological Significance
Extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERKs), act in a signaling cascade that regulates various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and cell cycle progression in response to a variety of extracellular signals. This kinase is activated by upstream kinases, resulting in its translocation to the nucleus where it phosphorylates nuclear targets.
Cross-Reactivity
Human, mouse
Immunogen
ERK1 antibody was raised in mouse using recombinant full length ERK1 protein as the immunogen.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C for several days to weeks. Add 0.1% NaN3 and store at -20 degree C for longer periods. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Product Notes

The ERK1 cek1 (Catalog #AAA533158) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ERK1 antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ERK1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB). WB: 1:1000-10,000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ERK1 cek1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ERK1, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
