(Jurkat lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with E2287-03A (1:500). Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates protein ENDOGLIN (~71kD).)
