This antibody recognizes human DNA Ligase I (125 kD), one of the four ligase proteins found in mammalian cells that are required for the joining of DNA strand breaks that occur during DNA replication, repair, and recombination.
Immunoprecipitation: use at 1-5 ug/ml.
Positive controls: MCF-7 cells or recombinant protein.
