Recommended procedures for lyophilized Antibody reconstitution
1)Before openingthe tube cap, centrifuge the sample tube at 5000g for 3-5 min at room tempeture to ensure the lyophilized sample to settle down at the bottoom of the tube
2)Disolved lyophilized Antibody sample in sterile and low endotoxin water based on the recommended volume 192.308ul
3)After adding sterile water, cover the lid and miz them by gently tapping the tube for 5-10 times. Note: Do not vortex or vigorously pipette the sample.
4)It is recommended that the minimum sample volume for each tube should not be less than 10ul if small aliquot is required for long term storage.
