CD64 recombinant antibody
Anti-CD64 [H22]
This recombinant antibody was prepared by cloning the single chain fragment (scFv) derived from the murine anti-human CD64 mAb m22 into the bacterial expression vector pBM1.1, and fusing it to a deletion mutant of Pseudomonas exotoxin A (ETA).
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a protein that plays an important role in the immune response. This protein is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. The gene is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Uniprot Description
High affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma. Functions in both innate and adaptive immune responses.

Product Notes
The CD64 fcgr1a (Catalog #AAA488343) is a Recombinant Antibody and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-CD64 [H22] reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD64 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, CM-ELISA (EIA), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), Toxicity Assays, Competition Studies. This immunotoxin binds human CD64, and displays specific cytotoxicity against, and thus can be used to selectively eliminate, AML cells; FC analysis indicated that this immunotoxin drove 41% of primary leukemia cells from a patient with CD64-positive AML into early apoptosis. Similarly, in an in vivo mouse model, IHC analysis revealed efficient elimination of human CD64+ tumor cells in mouse organs. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD64 fcgr1a for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD64, Monoclonal Recombinant Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
