Anti-Mouse CD16/32 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) [2.4G2]
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
FCGR2B: a transmembrane receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulin gamma (IgG). Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to this receptor results in down modulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B cells, T cells or via another Fc receptor. Three splice-variant isoforms have been observed.
Protein type: Cell surface; Membrane protein, integral; Oncoprotein
Cellular Component: recycling endosome; cytoskeleton; cell surface; membrane; integral to plasma membrane; cytoplasm; plasma membrane; integral to membrane; extracellular region; lipid raft; external side of plasma membrane
Molecular Function: protein binding; IgG binding; receptor signaling protein activity; immunoglobulin binding

Product Notes
The CD16/32 fcgr2 (Catalog #AAA2558020) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-Mouse CD16/32 Monoclonal Antibody (PE Conjugated) [2.4G2] reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD16/32 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS). Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is <= 2 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or 100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD16/32 fcgr2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD16/32, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
