anti-Mouse CD152/CTLA-4 Monoclonal Antibody
Hamster Anti-Mouse CD152/CTLA-4-UNLB
The lymphocyte surface antigen CD152, also known as CTLA-4, is related to the co-stimulatory molecule CD28, and both molecules share common B7 family counter-receptors.1-4 However CD152 is thought to be a negative regulator of T cell activation1-3 and may play a role in apoptotic control of T cells. CD152 exists as a 69 kDa homodimer1, and is relatively conserved among humans, mice and chickens.2

Product Notes
The CD152/CTLA-4 (Catalog #AAA673513) is an Antibody produced from Armenian Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Hamster Anti-Mouse CD152/CTLA-4-UNLB reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD152/CTLA-4 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry; Immunoprecipitation. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD152/CTLA-4 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD152/CTLA-4, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
