Rat CD130 Monoclonal Antibody
CD130 (Interleukin 6 Receptor beta, gp130, neutralizing, IL-6Rb, Interleukin-6 signal transducer)
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
ELISA (Detection): 0.1-0.4ug/ml
Neutralization: Measured by its' ability to neutralize IL-6 induced inhibition of proliferation in the M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line. The ND50 is typically 0.02-0.1ug/ml in the presence of 20ng/ml recombinant human IL-6.
Testing Data
(MBS606833 inhibits the 3H-thymidine incorporation by M1 cells in a dose dependant manner (Satio, T. et al., 1989, J. Immunol. 147:168 - 173). The ED for this effect is typically 4-10ng/ml.)
Testing Data
(Ability of MBS606833 to block gp130-mediated IL-6 response on mouse M1 cells, added cells to wells in 96 well plate and ncubated at 37° C for 1 hour, rhIL-6 was added. The assay mixture, incubated at 37°C for 2 days in humidified CO2 incubator. 3 H-thymidine was added during the final 4hrs of incubation. The ND of the antibody is ~0.02-0.1ug/ml.)

Product Notes
The CD130 (Catalog #AAA606833) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's CD130 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA), Neutralization. Dilution: ELISA (Capture): 2-8ug/ml ELISA (Detection): 0.1-0.4ug/ml Neutralization: Measured by its' ability to neutralize IL-6 induced inhibition of proliferation in the M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line. The ND50 is typically 0.02-0.1ug/ml in the presence of 20ng/ml recombinant human IL-6. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD130 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD130, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
