Rat anti-Mouse CD102 (ICAM-2) Monoclonal Antibody
Rat Anti-Mouse CD102/ICAM-2-PE
The 3C4 (mIC2/4) monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse ICAM-2 (CD102) cell surface glycoprotein, a ligand for the leucocyte integrin CD11a/CD18 (LFA-1).1 CD102 is constitutively expressed on T cells, B cells, and at high levels on vascular endothelial cells.2 It is also expressed on a variety of leukocyte cell lines.1 The 3C4 antibody blocks the interaction between ICAM-2 and LFA-1.^1

The CD102 (ICAM-2) (Catalog #AAA673727) is an Antibody produced from Rat and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Rat Anti-Mouse CD102/ICAM-2-PE reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD102 (ICAM-2) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry; Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections); Immunoprecipitation. Research Application(s): In vitro blocking assays Flow Cytometry Suggested Dilution: <= 0.2 ug/10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD102 (ICAM-2) for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD102 (ICAM-2), Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
