Immunoassays for quantitative determination of canine CRP.
MAbs cCRP1, cCRP11 and cCRP34 are recommended for sandwich type immunoassays. Recommended pairs for cCRP detection in canine serum are (capture - detection):
cCRP11 - cCRP1, cCRP34 - cCRP1.
MAb cCRP3 can be used in direct or indirect ELISA.
MAb cCRP3 recognizes canine CRP in Western blotting under both reducing and non-reducing conditions.
