Mouse anti-Human Beta1 Integrin Monoclonal Antibody
Beta1 Integrin, Human, mAb BV7
For unit size 0.5 mg or larger: PBS only (concentration< 0.5mg/ml)
Application Use: For flow cytometry and Western blotting dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. It is recommended that users test the reagent and determine their own optimal dilutions. The typical starting working dilution is 1:50. For neutralization of biological activity in vitro dilutions have to be made according to the amounts of beta1 integrin to be inactivated.

Product Notes
The Beta1 Integrin (Catalog #AAA584125) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Beta1 Integrin, Human, mAb BV7 reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's Beta1 Integrin can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), FS, Immunoassay (IA), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB). Application Notes: FC: Antibody BV7 stains the extracellular domain of beta-1 integrin. HUVEC cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde before staining. Mouse IgG1 isotype was used as negative. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the Beta1 Integrin for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Beta1 Integrin, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
