Mouse anti-Human ASCL2 Monoclonal Antibody | anti-ASCL2 antibody
ASCL2 (Achaete-Scute Complex Homolog 2 (Drosophila), Achaete-scute Homolog 2, ASH2, ASH-2, bHLHa45, BHLHA45, Class A Basic Helix-loop-helix Protein 45, hASH2, HASH2, Mash2, MASH2) (MaxLight 490)
Testing Data
(Human placenta tissue lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membranes and probed with MBS606726 at 1ug/ml. Proteins were visualized using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates Achaete Scute homolog 2 (~20kD).)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (BHLH) family of transcription factors. It activates transcription by binding to the E box (5'-CANNTG-3'). Dimerization with other BHLH proteins is required for efficient DNA binding. Involved in the determination of the neuronal precursors in the peripheral nervous system and the central nervous system. Product Notes
The ASCL2 ascl2 (Catalog #AAA6245675) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ASCL2 (Achaete-Scute Complex Homolog 2 (Drosophila), Achaete-scute Homolog 2, ASH2, ASH-2, bHLHa45, BHLHA45, Class A Basic Helix-loop-helix Protein 45, hASH2, HASH2, Mash2, MASH2) (MaxLight 490) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ASCL2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ASCL2 ascl2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ASCL2, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
