Junctophilin 3 (JPH3) Recombinant Protein | JPH3 recombinant protein
Recombinant Junctophilin 3 (JPH3)
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 degree C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

Uniprot Description
JPH3: Junctophilins contribute to the formation of junctional membrane complexes (JMCs) which link the plasma membrane with the endoplasmic or sarcoplasmic reticulum in excitable cells. Provides a structural foundation for functional cross-talk between the cell surface and intracellular calcium release channels. JPH3 is brain- specific and appears to have an active role in certain neurons involved in motor coordination and memory. Defects in JPH3 are the cause of Huntington disease-like type 2 (HDL2). Huntington disease (HD) is a neurodegenerative disorder resulting primarily from the loss of medium spiny projection neurons in the striatum, especially in the caudate nucleus, and, to a lesser extent, atrophy of mesencephalic and cortical structures. The typical clinical picture of HD combines familial adult onset chorea and subcortical dementia that usually begin during the fourth decade of life. Belongs to the junctophilin family. 2 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.

Product Notes
The JPH3 jph3 (Catalog #AAA2086933) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's Junctophilin 3 (JPH3) can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Positive Control, Immunogen, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot (WB). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the JPH3 jph3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Junctophilin 3 (JPH3), Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
