Related Product Information for NFAT, inhibitor
NFAT inhibitor. Inhibits LPS or LPS plus IFN-gamma-induced IL-12 p40, IL-12 p70, IL-23 and TNF secretion from bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs). Also attenuates NO production and Nos2 mRNA expression in LPS-stimulated BMDMs. Improves symptoms in a mouse model of colitis. Exhibits immunosuppressive effects; enhances graft survival in mice. Cell permeable.

Product Notes

The NFAT (Catalog #AAA5763976) is an Inhibitor and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NFAT, Cell Permeable, Inhibitor" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
