LumiLuc-8pyDTZ shows high sensitivity and does not need organic cosolvents for in vivo administration. LumiScarlet-8pyDTZ is comparable to Akaluc-AkaLumine, the brightest ATP-dependent luciferase-luciferin pair, for detecting cells in deep tissues of mice.
