• Application Notes: Activity: Measured in an ELISA assay. The ED50 of mouse IL1R2 (10ug/ml) binding biotinylated human IL1B was determined to be 0.5ug/ml.
• Source: DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of Mouse IL1R2 fused to C-term His-tag was expressed in HEK293 Cells.
• Molecular Weight Note: Recombinant Mouse IL1R2 is a protein consisting of amino acid residues P27931|14-355, due to glycosylation migrates as an approximately 30kDa protein on SDS-PAGE.
• Endotoxin Level: Endotoxin content was assayed using LAL gel clot method. ; Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/ug (1EU/ug).
• Reconstitution: Centrifuge vial to ensure maximal product extraction, recommended: 20 sec, 5K RPM. ; Follow by reconstitution in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1mg/ml.; If further dilutions are required, it is recommended to dilute product in the formulation buffer as given in the presentation.
