Related Product Information for IGLL1 recombinant protein
The preB cell receptor is found on the surface of proB and preB cells, where it is involved in transduction of signals for cellular proliferation, differentiation from the proB cell to the preB cell stage, allelic exclusion at the Ig heavy chain gene locus, and promotion of Ig light chain gene rearrangements. The preB cell receptor is composed of a membrane-bound Ig mu heavy chain in association with a heterodimeric surrogate light chain. IGLL1 is one of the surrogate light chain subunits and is a member of the immunoglobulin gene superfamily. This gene does not undergo rearrangement. Mutations in this gene can result in B cell deficiency and agammaglobulinemia, an autosomal recessive disease in which few or no gamma globulins or antibodies are made. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Recombinant human IGLL1protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli.

Product Notes

The IGLL1 igll1 (Catalog #AAA204845) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The tag for this protein is His-tag. AAA Biotech's IGLL1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the IGLL1 igll1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MGSLLRPTAA SQSRALGPGA PGGSSRSSLR SRWGRFLLQR GSWTGPRCWP RGFQSKHNSV THVFGSGTQL TVLSQPKATP SVTLFPPSSE ELQANKATLV CLMNDFYPGI LTVTWKADGT PITQGVEMTT PSKQSNNKYA ASSYLSLTPE QWRSRRSYSC QVMHEGSTVE KTVAPAECS. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "IGLL1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
