Characterization
To ensure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by ELISA and immunoelectrophoresis to conform with characteristics of a standard reference reagent. In accordance with current Good Manufacturing and Good Laboratory Practices (cGMP/cGLP), any protein of human blood origin should be handled pursuant to your organization's documented safety procedures and as if it is capable of transmitting infection. This product has NOT been tested for viral, bacterial, or other infectious agents such as, but not limited to, HIV, HbsAg, HCV.
Preparation and Storage
The purified (UNLB) IgG is provided at a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. The human IgG solution has been centrifuged and passed through a 0.22 u filter, and is free of any visible precipitate. The product should be stored at 2-8 degree C and is stable for the period shown on the label if stored as directed.
The alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50mM Tris/1mM MgCl2/50% Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 0.1% NaN3 as preservative. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C.
The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C.
