Biological Significance
Human troponin I is presented in cardiac muscle tissue by a single isoform with molecular weight 23876 Da and it consists of 209 amino acid residues. cTnI molecule contains two serines in the 22 and 23 positions. Both amino acid residues can be phosphorylated in vivo by protein kinase A, so four forms of protein ? one dephospho, two monophospho and one bisphospho ? can coexist in the cell.
Biohazard Information
Donor samples were tested and found to be negative for HBsAg, HIV-1 and HIV-2 antibodies, HCV, and syphilis. Nonetheless caution should be used when handling this material as there is a margin of error in all tests.

Product Notes

The TNNI3 tnni3 (Catalog #AAA537590) is a Native Protein produced from Human and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's Troponin I can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, User optimized. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TNNI3 tnni3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Troponin I, Native Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
