Human Tyrosine 3/Tryptophan 5 Monooxygenase Activation Protein Epsilon (YWHAe) ELISA Kit | YWHAe elisa kit
Human Tyrosine 3/Tryptophan 5 Monooxygenase Activation Protein Epsilon (YWHAe) ELISA Kit
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Tyrosine 3/Tryptophan 5 Monooxygenase Activation Protein Epsilon (YWHAe) and analogues was observed.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Tyrosine 3/Tryptophan 5 Monooxygenase Activation Protein Epsilon (YWHAe) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) = SD/meanX100
Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%
To minimize extra influence on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity, incubator temperature should be strictly controlled. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same operator from the beginning to the end.
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene product belongs to the 14-3-3 family of proteins which mediate signal transduction by binding to phosphoserine-containing proteins. This highly conserved protein family is found in both plants and mammals, and this protein is 100% identical to the mouse ortholog. It interacts with CDC25 phosphatases, RAF1 and IRS1 proteins, suggesting its role in diverse biochemical activities related to signal transduction, such as cell division and regulation of insulin sensitivity. It has also been implicated in the pathogenesis of small cell lung cancer. Two transcript variants, one protein-coding and the other non-protein-coding, have been found for this gene. Product Notes
The Human YWHAe ywhae (Catalog #AAA2122210) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA2122210 ELISA Kit recognizes Human YWHAe. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Tyrosine 3/Tryptophan 5 Monooxygenase Activation Protein Epsilon (YWHAe), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
