The microplate is coated with SS-A highly purified by affinity chromatography. The Anti-SS-A test kit is specific only for autoantibodies directed to SS-A. No crossreactivities to the other ENAantigens have been observed.
Sensitivity
The lower detection limit for the Anti-SS-A test was determined at 1 U/ml.
