Human Ras-Related Protein Rab-37 (RAB37) ELISA Kit | RAB37 elisa kit
Human Ras-Related Protein Rab-37 (RAB37) ELISA Kit
* Allow all reagents to warm to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before opening.
* Pre-rinse the pipet tip with reagent, use fresh pipet tips for each sample, standard and reagent to avoid contamination.
* Unused wells must be kept desiccated at 4 degree C in the sealed bag provided.
* Mix Thoroughly is very important for the result. It is recommended using low frequency oscillator or slight hand shaking every 10 minutes.
* It is recommended that all samples and standards be assayed in duplicate or triplicate.
Background: Using yeast 2-hybrid analysis with mouse Rab5 as bait, Masuda et al. (2000) identified Rab37 from a mouse mast cell line. The deduced Rab37 protein contains sequence motifs conserved in other low molecular mass GTPases. It shares 74% and 47% amino acid sequence identity with rat RAB26 and mouse Rab8 (RAB8A). Northern blot analysis showed expression of 2.3- and 1.2-kb Rab37 transcripts exclusively in the MC9 mast cell line. Immunoprecipitation followed by Western blot analysis of a panel of mouse tissues showed that a 34-kD band corresponding to the Rab37 protein is expressed exclusively in bone marrow mast cells. Expression of GFP-tagged Rab37 in bone marrow mast cells showed that Rab37 localizes to secretory granules.

Product Notes
The Human RAB37 rab37 (Catalog #AAA9714657) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9714657 ELISA Kit recognizes Human RAB37. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Ras-Related Protein Rab-37 (RAB37), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
