Assay Buffer
50mM HEPES, pH 7.4, mM MgCl2, 3 mM MnCl2, 1mM DTT, 3uM Na-orthovanadate, 0.1 mM ATP, 4uM NEK2 substrate, and 0.2ug/ml NEK2.
Preparation and Storage
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
