Goat COUP transcription factor 1 (NR2F1) ELISA Kit | NR2F1 elisa kit
Goat COUP transcription factor 1 (NR2F1) ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear hormone receptor and transcriptional regulator. The encoded protein acts as a homodimer and binds to 5'-AGGTCA-3' repeats. Defects in this gene are a cause of Bosch-Boonstra optic atrophy syndrome (BBOAS). [provided by RefSeq, Apr 2014]
Uniprot Description
NR2F1: Coup (chicken ovalbumin upstream promoter) transcription factor binds to the ovalbumin promoter and, in conjunction with another protein (S300-II) stimulates initiation of transcription. Binds to both direct repeats and palindromes of the 5'-AGGTCA-3' motif. Represses transcriptional activity of LHCG. Binds DNA as dimer; homodimer and probable heterodimer with NR2F6. Interacts with COPS2. Inhibited by gonadotropin in granulosa cells. Belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family. NR2 subfamily.

Product Notes
The Goat NR2F1 nr2f1 (Catalog #AAA7245197) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA7245197 ELISA Kit recognizes Goat NR2F1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "COUP transcription factor 1 (NR2F1), ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
