Mouse E4F transcription factor 1 ELISA Kit | E4F1 elisa kit
Mouse Transcription factor E4F1, E4F1 ELISA Kit
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene encodes a member of the GLI-Kruppel zinc finger family. The encoded protein is likely to be multi-functional, with both adenovirus E1A-regulated transcription factor and ubiquitin E3 ligase activities, including roles in cell cycle regulation and the ubiquitination of p53. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2014]
Uniprot Description
E4F1: May function as a transcriptional repressor. May also function as a ubiquitin ligase mediating ubiquitination of chromatin-associated TP53. Functions in cell survival and proliferation through control of the cell cycle. Functions in the p53 and pRB tumor suppressor pathways and regulates the cyclin CCNA2 transcription.

Product Notes
The Mouse E4F1 e4f1 (Catalog #AAA9324105) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA9324105 ELISA Kit recognizes Mouse E4F1. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "E4F transcription factor 1, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
