It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Neuropoietin in sterile PBS not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity
The ED50 as determined by a cell proliferation assay using human TF-1 cells is < 200ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of > 5000 IU/mg.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized CTF2P although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 degree C.
Upon reconstitution Neuropoietin should be stored at 4 degree C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 degree C.
