Analysis
According to ELISA testing TnI free serum does not contain more than 0.03 ng/ml of human TnI.
Purification
Immunoaffinity chromatography of pooled normal human serum.
Gel for affinity column was prepared by coupling anti-TnI monoclonal antibodies (several monoclonal antibodies specific to the N-, C-terminal and central parts of the TnI molecule) with BrCN-activated sepharose CL 4B.
