Protocol
1. Open the aluminum foil bag to get the uncut pad, cut it into strips by a clean knife or scissors. It is recommended to cut each strip with 3-4 mm x 60 mm.
2. Assemble the strips into the test card for assay or analyze with the strips directly.
3. Add 60 ul (If cut the strip with 3 mm x 60 mm) or 80 ul (If cut the strip with 4 mm x 60 mm) of properly diluted samples or (SARS-CoV-2 S-RBD protein) or suitable positive control to the sample hole.
(Note:
A. Please dilute the samples with the provided Sample diluent buffer.
B. For it is suggested to dilute at 1:1000 with the Sample diluent buffer at first then upload, if the positive signal is weak, then, optimize the dilution.)
4. Read the results at 15 min. Strong positive results may be observed in 2-3 minutes.
Weak positive results may take longer time, up to 5 minutes to develop. Results read after 18 min are invalid.
