Stabilization Buffer: Proprietary Composition
To use this product, which is in the HRP Conjugate Buffer, dilute it:
Either at 1:10 into the stabilization buffer in order to store the conjugated antigen at 4 degree C to -20 degree C for up to two weeks. When ready to use to develop the ELISA, dilute it at 1:300 to 1:500 in PBS.
OR at 1:300 to 1:500 directly into PBS and use it to develop the ELISA Assay.
