Application Notes
This antigen preparation should be mixed by vortexing inmediately prior to use to ensure the preaparation is uniform. Do not sonicate. This preparation may be used as in in a variety of immunoassay formats or may be further purified to meet the needs of a particular assay format. This antigen may be used for both IgG and IgM detection in assays, which include EIA, CLIA, Lateral Flow and Western Blot with polystyreneand latex solid phases. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
