Supplied as a liquid in 50mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 50mM sodium chloride, 1mM DTT, 1mM EDTA and 50% glycerol.
Biological Activity
~4 Units/mg using spectrophotometric determination of 1- chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB) conjugation with reduced glutathione (1mM) in 100mM NaPO4 (pH 6.5) at room temperature.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
