Synonyms
NUFIP2; NUFIP2 Antibody (Center) Blocking peptide; Nuclear fragile X mental retardation-interacting protein 2; 82 kDa FMRP-interacting protein; 82-FIP; Cell proliferation-inducing gene 1 protein; FMRP-interacting protein 2; KIAA1321; NUFIP2 blocking peptide
Ordering
Specificity
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody was selected from the Center region of NUFIP2. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Form/Format
Synthetic peptide was lyophilized with 100% acetonitrile and is supplied as a powder. Reconstitute with 0.1 ml DI water for a final concentration of 1 mg/ml.
Sequence Length
695
Cellular Location
Nucleus. Cytoplasm. Note: Distribution is cell cycle-modulated, being cytoplasmic in the G2/M phase and accumulating in nucleus during the G1 phase
Preparation and Storage
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 degree C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20 degree C.

Product Notes

The NUFIP2 nufip2 (Catalog #AAA9220013) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "NUFIP2, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
