H-1152 dihydrochloride is a potent; cell permeable; specific; ATP-competitive inhibitor of Rho-kinase (ROCK) (Ki = 1.6 nM). H-1152 poorly inhibits PKA; PKC; and myosin light chain kinase (Ki = 0.63; 9.27; and 10.1 muM; respectively).
