Kirenol attenuates experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis by inhibiting differentiation of Th1 and th17 cells and inducing apoptosis of effector T cells. Kirenol stimulates osteoblast differentiation through activation of the BMP and Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathways in MC3T3-E1 cells.
