Related Product Information for anti-MRPL9 antibody
MRPL9 (Mitochondrial Ribosomal Protein L9) is a Protein Coding gene. The MRPL9 gene, located on 1q21.3, is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, zebrafish, fruit fly, and mosquito. MRPL9 belongs to the bacterial ribosomal protein bL9 family. This is a nuclear gene encoding a protein component of the 39S subunit of the mitochondrial ribosome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. MRPL9 is widely expressed in bone marrow, lymph nodes, and other tissues. Diseases associated with MRPL9 include Retinal Microaneurysm and Peroxisome Biogenesis Disorder 1B. Among its related pathways are Organelle biogenesis and maintenance and Viral mRNA Translation.

Product Notes

The MRPL9 (Catalog #AAA256608) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Anti-MRPL9 Antibody, Rabbit Polyclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MRPL9 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, IP (Immunoprecipitation), IF (Immunofluorescence), ICC (Immunocytochemistry), IHC (Immunohistochemistry), WB (Western Blot). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MRPL9 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MRPL9, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
