Related Product Information for ASPRV1 recombinant protein
ASPRV1, also known as MuNO, SASP and ASAPase, is a protein that contains 1 peptidase A2 domain. This protein is expressed primarily in the granular layer of the epidermis and inner root sheath of hair follicles and localized to membrane region. This protein undergoes autocleavage which is necessary for activation of the protein. Recombinant human ASPRV1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E Coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.

NCBI Description

Filaggrin is a structural protein that is crucial for in the development and maintenance of the skin barrier. This gene encodes a retroviral-like protease involved in profilaggrin-to-filaggrin processing. Expression is found primarily in the epidermis and inner root sheath of hair follicles. Product Notes

The ASPRV1 asprv1 (Catalog #AAA204199) is a Recombinant Protein produced from E Coli and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The tag for this protein is His-tag. AAA Biotech's ASPRV1 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, SDS-PAGE. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ASPRV1 asprv1 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. The amino acid sequence is listed below: MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MGSSMGKGYY LKGKIGKVPV RFLVDSGAQV SVVHPNLWEE VTDGDLDTLQ PFENVVKVAN GAEMKILGVW DTAVSLGKLK LKAQFLVANA SAEEAIIGTD VLQDHNAILD FEHRTCTLKG KKFRLLPVGG SLEDEFDLE. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ASPRV1, Recombinant Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
