Reactivity
Human
Specificity
No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human APOF and analogues was observed.
Samples
Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenate, Feces and Urine
Assay Type
Sandwich
Detection Range
6.25mug/ml-200mug/ml.
Sensitivity
1.0mug/ml.
Intended Uses
This Quantitative Sandwich ELISA kit is only for in vitro research use only, not for drug, household, therapeutic applications! It is intended to be determinated APOF concentrations in Human serum, plasma and other body fluids. Using Purified Human APOF antibody to coat Microelisa Stripplate wells to make solid-phase antibody, then add APOF and APOF antibody which has been labeled with HRP to wells, then the reactants become antibody-antigen-antibody-enzyme complex, after washing completely, add TMB substrate solution, TMB substrate becomes blue color under HRP enzyme-catalyzed, reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm. The concentration of APOF in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Intra-assay Precision
Intra-assay CV (%) is less than 15%.
Inter-assay Precision
Inter-assay CV (%) is less than 15%. [CV(%) = SD/mean ×100]
Preparation and Storage
Store all reagents at 2-8 degree C

Product Notes

The Human APOF apof (Catalog #AAA038598) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The AAA038598 ELISA Kit recognizes Human APOF. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Apolipoprotein F, ELISA Kit" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
