Related Product Information for BLAME Human active protein
Human BLAME (B-lymphocyte activator macrophage expressed), also known as SLAM family member 8, is a type I transmembrane protein that belongs to the CD2 subset of immunoglobulin superfamily cell receptors. CD2 family proteins function as adhesion molecules and modulators of immune responses. Mature human BLAME consists of a 211aa ECD that contains two Ig V-like domains, a 21aa transmembrane segment, and a 31aa cytoplasmic tail that lacks recognizable signaling motifs (3). Within the ECD, human BLAME shares

Product Notes

The BLAME Human (Catalog #AAA635927) is an Active Protein and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. AAA Biotech's BLAME Human can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EL/EIA). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the BLAME Human for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "BLAME Human, Active Protein" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
