NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
NCBI Description
This gene is a member of the teashirt C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family of transcription factors. This gene encodes a protein with five C2H2-type zinc fingers, a homeobox DNA-binding domain and a coiled-coil domain. This nuclear protein is predicted to act as a transcriptional repressor. This gene is thought to play a role in the development and progression of breast and other types of cancer. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq, Dec 2016]
Uniprot Description
Probable transcriptional regulator involved in developmental processes. May act as a transcriptional repressor (Potential).

Product Notes
The TSH2 tshz2 (Catalog #AAA9505487) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The TSH2 Antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's TSH2 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), ELISA (EIA). IHC: 1:50~1:100 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:20000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the TSH2 tshz2 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "TSH2, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
