Related Product Information for anti-ZNHIT3 antibody
ZNHIT3 (zinc finger, HIT-type containing 3), also known as TRIP3 (thyroid receptor-interacting protein 3) or HNF-4a coactivator, is a 155 amino acid protein that contains one HIT-type zinc finger and regulates PPAR?-mediated adipocyte differentiation. ZNHIT3 also coactivates HNF-4?, and as a thyroid receptor interacting protein, ZNHIT3 interacts with the ligand binding domain of the thyroid receptor. The gene encoding ZNHIT3 maps to human chromosome 17, which comprises over 2.5% of the human genome and encodes over 1,200 genes. Two key tumor suppressor genes are associated with chromosome 17, namely, p53 and BRCA1. Malfunction or loss of p53 expression is associated with malignant cell growth and Li-Fraumeni syndrome. Like p53, BRCA1 is directly involved in DNA repair, though specifically it is recognized as a genetic determinant of early onset breast cancer and predisposition to cancers of the ovary, colon, prostate gland and fallopian tubes.

Product Notes

The ZNHIT3 znhit3 (Catalog #AAA9417210) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The ZNHIT3 Antibody reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's ZNHIT3 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Immunohistochemistry: 1: 100-300. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the ZNHIT3 znhit3 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "ZNHIT3, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
