Fraser syndrome is a multisystem malformation usually comprising cryptophthalmos, cutaneous syndactyly, ear abnormalities, renal agenesis and congenital heart defects. Belongs to the FRAS1 family. 5 isoforms of the human protein are produced by alternative splicing.
