Rabbit anti-Human RPS15 Polyclonal Antibody | anti-RPS15 antibody
RPS15 Antibody (N-term)
FC/FACS: 1:10-50
WB: 1:1000
Immunohistochemistry (IHC)-Paraffin
(Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma reacted with RPS15 Antibody (N-term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.)
Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)

Background: Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. RPS15 is a component of the 40S subunit. The protein belongs to the S19P family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm.

NCBI Description
Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 40S subunit. The protein belongs to the S19P family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm. This gene has been found to be activated in various tumors, such as insulinomas, esophageal cancers, and colon cancers. As is typical for genes encoding ribosomal proteins, there are multiple processed pseudogenes of this gene dispersed through the genome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Product Notes
The RPS15 rps15 (Catalog #AAA9232081) is an Antibody produced from Rabbit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The RPS15 Antibody (N-term) reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's RPS15 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Paraffin, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS), ELISA (EIA). IHC-P: 1:50-100 FC/FACS: 1:10-50 WB: 1:1000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the RPS15 rps15 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "RPS15, Polyclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
