Mast1; SAST; SAST170; 9430008B02Rik
Synonyms
Mast1; Mouse Mast1 Blocking Peptide (C-term); Microtubule-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase 1; Syntrophin-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase; Mast1 blocking peptide
Ordering
Form/Format
Synthetic peptide was lyophilized with 100% acetonitrile and is supplied as a powder. Reconstitute with 0.1 ml DI water for a final concentration of 1 mg/ml.
Sequence Length
1570
Cellular Location
Cell membrane; Peripheral membrane protein; Cytoplasmic side. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton. Note: Colocalizes with syntrophins at the cell membrane
Tissue Location
Expressed in the vascular endothelium and in proximity to neuronal nuclei throughout the cortex and cerebellum Also detected in ependymal cells, the choroid plexus, in developing spermatid acrosomes and in both the cell bodies and axonal processes of motor neurons. Observed as punctate clusters in the processes of interneurons and along the cell body periphery.
Preparation and Storage
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8 degree C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20 degree C.

Product Notes

The Mast1 mast1 (Catalog #AAA9228966) is a Blocking Peptide and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "Mast1, Blocking Peptide" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
