MAP3K11 sirna
MAP3K11 siRNA (Rat)
NCBI and Uniprot Product Information
Uniprot Description
MLK3: Activates the JUN N-terminal pathway. Required for serum-stimulated cell proliferation and for mitogen and cytokine activation of MAPK14 (p38), MAPK3 (ERK) and MAPK8 (JNK1) through phosphorylation and activation of MAP2K4/MKK4 and MAP2K7/MKK7. Plays a role in mitogen-stimulated phosphorylation and activation of BRAF, but does not phosphorylate BRAF directly. Influences microtubule organization during the cell cycle (By similarity)
Protein type: Kinase, protein; Protein kinase, TKL; Protein kinase, Ser/Thr (non-receptor); EC 2.7.11.25; TKL group; MLK family; MLK subfamily
Cellular Component: microtubule; centrosome; membrane; cytoplasm
Molecular Function: protein serine/threonine kinase activity; identical protein binding; protein binding; protein homodimerization activity; JUN kinase kinase kinase activity; MAP kinase kinase kinase activity; mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase binding; protein-tyrosine kinase activity; Rac GTPase binding; mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase binding; ATP binding

Product Notes
The MAP3K11 map3k11 (Catalog #AAA8226251) is a siRNA produced from Synthetic and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MAP3K11 siRNA (Rat) reacts with Rat and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's MAP3K11 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, RNA Interference (RNAi). Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the MAP3K11 map3k11 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "MAP3K11, siRNA" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
