Related Product Information for anti-CXCR3B antibody
CXCR3 (C-X-C chemokine receptor type 3) is a G protein-coupled, seven-transmembrane domain chemokine receptor that is expressed on the surface of a number of cell types, including activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, NK and NK-T cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, and some B cells (PMID: 16847335). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. One of the isoforms, CXCR3B, mediates the angiostatic activity of CXCR3 ligands and also acts as functional receptor for CXCL4 (PMID:12782716). This monoclonal antibody is specific to CXCR3B.

Product Notes

The CXCR3B (Catalog #AAA768333) is an Antibody produced from Mouse and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The CXCR3B-specific Mouse Monoclonal reacts with Human and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CXCR3B can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB). WB dilution: 1:500-1:5000. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CXCR3B for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CXCR3B, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.
