Characterization
To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested to conform to characteristics of a standard reference reagent using ELISA.
Preparation and Storage
The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.1 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 0.2 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2- 8 degree C.
The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 1.0 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C
The alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50mM Tris/1mM MgCl2/50% Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 0.1% NaN3 as preservative. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at - 20 degree C.
The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is supplied as 1.0 mL of stock solution in 50% glycerol/50% PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Store at 2-8 degree C or long-term at -20 degree C.
The biotin (BIOT) conjugate is supplied as 0.1 mg in 0.2 mL PBS/NaN3. Store at 2-8 degree C.

This gene encodes fibronectin, a glycoprotein present in a soluble dimeric form in plasma, and in a dimeric or multimeric form at the cell surface and in extracellular matrix. Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes including embryogenesis, wound healing, blood coagulation, host defense, and metastasis. The gene has three regions subject to alternative splicing, with the potential to produce 20 different transcript variants. However, the full-length nature of some variants has not been determined.
