anti-Mouse CD3eC/Cy5.5 Monoclonal Antibody
Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e-APC/Cy5.5
CD3epsilon, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface receptors, is comprised of five invariable chains ranging in size from 16-28 kDa and is closely associated with the T cell antigen receptor (TCR).CD3epsilon is expressed on all T cells of all mouse strains. CD3 plays a major role in signaling during antigen recognition, leading to T-cell activation. 500-A2 recognizes an epitope on the 25kD epsilon chain of the CD3/TCR complex of mouse strains tested.1, 2, 3

The CD3eC/Cy5.5 (Catalog #AAA670248) is an Antibody produced from Syrian Hamster and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The Hamster Anti-Mouse CD3e-APC/Cy5.5 reacts with Mouse and may cross-react with other species as described in the data sheet. AAA Biotech's CD3eC/Cy5.5 can be used in a range of immunoassay formats including, but not limited to, Identification and enumeration of CD3+ cells by Flow Cytometry 1, Immunoprecipitation 2, In vitro activation of T cells 2, 3, 4. Flow Cytometry: <= 1 ug/10^6 cells. Researchers should empirically determine the suitability of the CD3eC/Cy5.5 for an application not listed in the data sheet. Researchers commonly develop new applications and it is an integral, important part of the investigative research process. It is sometimes possible for the material contained within the vial of "CD3eC/Cy5.5, Monoclonal Antibody" to become dispersed throughout the inside of the vial, particularly around the seal of said vial, during shipment and storage. We always suggest centrifuging these vials to consolidate all of the liquid away from the lid and to the bottom of the vial prior to opening. Please be advised that certain products may require dry ice for shipping and that, if this is the case, an additional dry ice fee may also be required.Precautions
