Well defined bands have been formed when a 2 ul aliquot of RNA Ladder, High Range was premixed with the 2X RNA Loading Dye Solution and on a native agarose gel.

The ATP concentration should be at least 1 uM.

Caution
RNA ladders, as any RNA are extremely sensistive to degradation by ribonucleases. To avoid RNA degradation, protective gloves should be used and electrophoresis buffers and gels should be freshly prepared. Plasticwatre tips and solutions hsould be treated with diethylpyrocarbonate. Gloves are also necessary to handle solutions containing ethidium bromide.
Preparation and Storage
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
