Quality Control
1.- The quality control and purity of genomic DNA were tested by spectrophometer and electrophoresis. A260/280 is between 1.8-2.0. (Detected in TE, pH 8.0).
2.- RNAse treatment to ensure there is no RNA contamination.
3.-Genomic DNA was successfully digested by Hind III.
4.- A specific fragment of actin gene,~800 bp was succesfully amplified from genomic DNA.

24 year old male, adult normal liver.
Preparation and Storage
May be stored at 4°C for short term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cpa. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
